So I've heard that the perm Xuan Yuan and the Orchid character wont be available to everyone, and that there are limited stocks of them. Is that true? Or is it an unlimited stock that'll be reset after the monthly switch up happens so you'll just need to grind daily and weekly missions?

I mean, it wont stop me from trying to get the Xuan Yuan sword (because I already really want it for ZM) but that is a question I had to ask.
