Failed to connect to the server

are servers offline? i finished the update and i'm trying to log in the game for 1 hour but it says failed to connect to the server.
and if the servers are offline when will it be online again ?
Ps: the launcher says that the servers are online

Yes, the servers are (From what I can tell) still offline. They put them up briefly, but I believe there was a bug in the new system so I think (Don't quote me on this) they are probably fixing the bug before going live again.

The servers are back online now. You should be able to login!
