Edit.. Rank is 5 stars and Above, i.e First Marshal and above.

Those leaves or arrows are over the yellow line on some parts, and not on others. Other than that, it looks pretty nice.
Also, that would be a ribbon for farmers, since they farm till they get to the last rank.
Let's not let farmers spoil our fun and achievements. Yes farmers can't be rid of, but don't stop us trying to achieve that rank and get ribbon for it. We are legit and we shall stay legit and if they farm well Z8 needs to deal with any Farming EXP, Events etc not our problem and we shouldn't be held back because of them. I done this for us loyal and legit players who have been here and achieved or is working their way up for it.
Rank is for first 5 star Marshal and above, and even legit player can achieve that. -

not only for farmers, after playing 8 years like me and
tha last 3 with vips u get marshal even if u want it or not

I don't want this to be for Grand Marshal only, It has to be for all Marshal ranks from 5 star gold to Red ranks and up to Grand Marshal Rank. All should be eligible for this ribbon.
Yes the release of this Ribbon and Grand Marshal same day would be cool, but to keep requirement for this ribbon to all Marshall Ranks. -

The design is nice but the purpose isn't
Getting Marshal doesn't worth anything nowdays..
I disagree, people still love reaching the last rank in the game and it's exciting for a lot of people. Just look at the Screenshots thread, many people post a screenshot when they reach Marshal because it feels like an achievement, so giving it a ribbon would be a great idea
