Banned account

I tried to explain my problem by sending tickets, but i do not get a reply which makes me satisfied. My account is one the accs, which has been banned without any reason. How is it possible to deposit ZP when I am still banned? All the other accs bans has been removed, just my account is still banned.

Nobody can help u here. U have to stick to tickets .
