Banned accounts

Please remove competitive ranks from banned accounts. It's pointless to give them awards, if somebody else who's not banned can get them instead.

I fully agree with your suggestion, it would've gotten me a permanent weapon the last season. But they're not banned, or, at least temporary bans only, that's the problem...

Then lets make it so if you don't have an honorable soldier ribbon then you can't play ranked. If you've lost your HSR then obviously you've proven that you don't play fair whether that means you farm or hack, either way you don't deserve to play ranked or hold a rank.

Do the same thing they do for MOTG tournaments. Bans under 2 years old disqualify you from a rank on competitive. I got an illegitimate ban that never got reversed back in the day from one of those stupid patches but i'd still like to play ranked.
