You have to wait until 5:00 AM (Server time) then the daily mission should reset and the Fever bar as well.

we already got 2 last ribbons this time, the 8 years ribbon+sheep
+3rd ribbon for those who got his acc 8 years old, its not like all time gm's can hold and make ribbons 24/7 for u, relax and play dude

cause im sure more fun and rewards and supersizes are coming in the way after day 4 of april, in next update
