1. You have an opportunity to obtain the ribbon during any month this event appears. If you don't get it this month, you can get it in the following month.
2. If you are inactive for a long time, and you come back and this event is underway, then absolutely. Anytime this event is up, you can obtain this ribbon! -

The Ribbon hasn't yet been added to the webpage of players profiles. During the next maintenance, the Ribbon will be added to the webpage profiles and then distributed throughout the day of the next patch (Next Wednesday) -

And I didn't notice it before due to being distracted with these new mechanics about the ribbon, but is really nice to have again a bulletproof set for 30 days ^^[GM]Triton wrote: »1. Why did you get back 8th Anniversary ribbon???
The ribbon was distributed to the wrong players who had not fully completed each parts and after they noticed that issue, ribbon was taken away from those who hadn't done celebrate 8 all tasks and month daily.
If you believe it was a mistake and you should have the ribbon, send a ticket to support . -

You might have to wait for the whole event to finish because at the moment, the ribbon isn't even in the ribbon list yet.
