There is no Exception when it comes to Harassment , MOD or Players that caused you problems, that violate Terms and Condition or Harassment. You need to send a Ticket to support under the Violation option and provide as much information as possible with proof, using Screenshots and any video recorded using other recording methods. Rest assured Support will take action if it is a serious violation of Terms and Condition or Over use of it Forum Powers in regards to your case. Same applies for In game Harassment.
