Khokhloma Crate!

Every time you play and complete 10 Sheep Battles, you will receive 1 Khokhloma Crate!
but i played more than 30 games and did not receive any crates ??

Are you sure that you have met the requirements for this event? The requirements are:

Requirements:
-You must complete the game.
-The game must have at least 8 players.
-You must steal at least 20 sheep each game.
-Each player may only earn 3 crates per user, per day.
