GM's please help change email address (Support not helping)

Hi GMs, could you please take a look at my ticket regarding changing my email address. Support is just giving me a copy+paste answer and closing my ticket...

i've included proof that i'm the owner of the account... including receipts of past zp purchases

  • If they happen to tell ya that the Info is wrong/insufficient, then you'll most likely have to review your Info on whether or not you got it all right.

    Odds are that there is either something wrong with the Info you gave or it just isn't enough for em'.

    All in all, nothing much we can do about it, as the Support is pretty much your only passageway to getting your Info changed, and the GMs on here aren't really in charge of that section, from what I heard.
  • If you have the receipts, include them in the ticket. Make sure you have all the correct information. What you think proves your ownership and what they have to go by are likely two different things.
