I have some data that might help you choose your Crossfire Version. Again you would have to find a way in regardless to IP restricted area in regards to some versions.

• 2,147 mi Indonesia
• 2,756 mi Philippines
• 3,213 mi Vietnam
• 4,243 mi South Korea
• 4,255 mi Japan
• 6,200 mi Russia
• 8,983 mi NA-UK servers in Europe!

The Data is in order of the Crossfire Version close to Australia in Miles! Best option would be Indonesia then Philippines.

We cannot guide to you, to using VPN or IP changing. If you wish to do that, then I suggest you google it or get online guides. Yes CF PH is more advanced than CF Ind, however CF Ind would give better Ping not much difference than CF PH but a lot better than CFNA. Ping should be reduced by half or even more than you already have in NA. As both countries are really close to you.

VPN would work, getting PH IP. However any risk involved in do so is your responsibility, no one can tell you what to use or even not to use it. You want to try it, be my guest, hope it works out for you.
