Old Account Website login problem

Hello.

I've got a problem and need your help guys. I have not played since 2-3 years on NA but i have few account and i can log in in game but cant in website. I got message on website wrong nickname/password. Do i have to wait some time for " reactived" account or what can I do?

Are you sure you are typing in the correct username and password?

If so, why don't you try to click on "Forgot Your Password?" and that will send you a email where you can reset your password.

That's really weird. Can't login here but can in game. I would suggest you submit a support ticket with the error message that you are getting. Make sure to explain ur issue properly please. I'm sure the GM's can help u more .

Happened to me before, just send a ticket from another account saying youre unable to login on your old account.
Make sure to tell them the ID of the account you're trying to login on.

The next day, I was able to login on it.
