Hello I want to make a ticket in support and i get answer in 1s it's like from bot not even staff can I have the opportunity to talk about that with a human not a bot? Thanks.

We don't use bots for tickets. Our support staff is fast at answering the tickets when we have a low amount of ticket queue.

Yea actually that was my bad I looked at old ticket and this one wasnt solved yet but still the last ticket I made they didn't even look at the problem they just copy paste their quote and I coulnd't even answer since ticket was closed..
