is this achievement bug I got 6000 special match kills and the achievement doesn't increase in level, and now it's telling me i need 6000 hard difficulty kills what exactly is going on?

You need to buy ZP crates in order to get the Crate Tycoon.

i already did all that i'm currently level 3, but it still give out weird challenges what is up with that

Only thing the achievement does is give you a better win rate for black market. You're probably thinking of another achievement.

Those are other achievements you're currently working on. It's more like a quick view of your progress.
