I don't own the original m14 but I still have the ribbon. Question is for a friend though.
Considering half the pink guns don't count towards the pink ribbon, who knows... maybe this m14 doesnt count for the m14 ribbon lol

Every m14 counts, even temporary ebr gold from gold boxes.

Might need to be added to the Ribbon track system. In theory should count eventually as temporary guns for some have counted.

I can confirm the M14 counts towards the "Seal Team Member" ribbon.
