for no reason permanent ban!

my account has banned for no reason i've send 5 tickets from when i got banned i really don't understand why i got banned and they are joking by saying Unfortunately, we have come to the conclusion that your account violated our Terms of Service and Games Policies.
i always say to ask them to logs did i use ? when i used hack ? or thats true ban !they answered typically bla bla bla.
please one of gm on the forum help me !

Danah is right. Nobody on the forums can solve your issue. If you have sent multiple tickets, and the support staff have told you that you are banned multiple times, then you are banned for a reason. Also they don't give out proof because then people would know what got them caught, and would change their tactics as a result. Please stick to the ticket system for this.

i've sent 5 tickets in 3 months. multipy ? in 3 months 5 tickests help me for that
