I checked the Profiles of the first 3, they all do not have the HSR Ribbon, so it's not like they aren't getting caught.
The issue here seems to be that an Anti Cheat Ban is handing out Temporary Bans.
From what I know, it's Support Bans which are ALWAYS permanent. If the Anti-Cheat detects a cheat and autobans you, then it's a 7/30 Day offense for the first time.
Although I'm not sure if that has changed recently. -

Skillz hasn't been online for 22 days. After +400 matches hes finally banned.
FOREVER6699, Chinadream, [EG]team, Xiao-ming, FR.smilence , Plat, -EN-ShO[Ga, .35.5, -SABR1-B3Y, *-M1H*-* are also banned. (Some have not been online for months) I'm impressed and I only checked the top 20, keep it up!
Ps: please remove every perm banned player from the competitive list -

Anticheat bans are handed out as 3/7/14/30 day bans and then permanent one. -

Anyway maybe there is a bug and he used that bug, who knows ?
Sadly ranked is ruined all over now....is nice mode with good rewards but all of us stay away of them cause the cheaters.
It really makes me mad to see profiles with permanent weapons from the previous season when i know that they used cheats or linked with hackers to take wins.:(
It need a lot more improvements. I have some ideas that can "protect" us from the cheaters but of course alone we can't do anything. xD
GMs must help as well.
For now is kinda useless mode but can be a great one with some improvements.

I remember reporting Sabr1 after meeting him in pub, he got banned not long after that xD -
It makes no difference since the damage has been done, they don't even compensate the players for the actions the cheaters have done it doesn't matter that ranked exists since they just put it on the total ignore list of what to take care of, even when sending reports with the most blatant proof they run around free willy nilly. Still the amount of replays I have for reports I'm not willing to waste time if action isn't gonna be taken on the others first.

And that's the kind of mentality that keeps these guys running free. Sometimes they can't confirm 100% that someone is cheating so they need multiple reports. If people don't bother reporting, no one will ever get banned.
At least we can see from people in this thread that some of them haven't been on in a long time.
It's better to send a report and have a chance of some cheater getting banned than to not send a report and have 0% chance of them getting banned. -
