No worries, I haven't' received the Ribbon and I won Winchester, maybe it's because Winchester is bugged or something in regards to that ribbon. Simply submit a ticket and wait for reply

If it doesn't appear within ~24 hours send a ticket. My 20th ribbon took about 2 days to show up.

Pretty much this, it is not instant. Wait 24 hours, then send a support ticket.
