Login info incorrect

When i login WHICH I CAN LOGIN i get to the channel server an get a message that says INCORRECT LOGIN INFORMATION but how can it be incorrect if i logged it i smell some

It looks like quite a few people are getting this error message so I would suggest to send in a Support Ticket with any screenshots that you may have. Also be as detailed as possible and try to explain the steps before this error occurs.
