When I try to install the crossfire I get a sign that says the download package is not valid please help

Are you sure that your not downloading the wrong package. Make sure you delete any previous packages and then re-download the installer from the website.

Are you sure that you are on the right page?

Also, where is your location? The website might be redirecting you to the ES page.

Look when I downloaded it on the page you sent me download a file called Crossfire_NA but in the description of the file says Crossfire DLM ES

Forget what the description says since the important thing here is to install the game on your computer and make it run properly.

So I would advise to download the installer from that link that I provided above you and then I would suggest to run it as Admin.

I don't know how that is possible since it's working fine on my end. Once again, you might be restricted to accessing CrossFire NA if your living in South America since that is the targeted audience for CrossFire ES.

Abel is 1 of the best helpers, i think its better send ur pictures and screen shoots with a ticket so they may help u, i hope so
maybe if all things dont work, try uninstall and install new windows?
