Connection has been delayed

I recently downloaded crossfire on my laptop and whenever i try to join a match it loads only to the half then a message appears " Connection has been delayed " and automatically it goes back to lobby , idk what i should do ..

Notice : my internet isn't slow and anti virus are turned off,

Because low hardware configuration PC don't load on time all map details.

tested PC hardware details:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ @ 2,2 Ghz
RAM: 4 GB DDR 2 @ 800 Mhz
Video: Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 2400 , 256 MB GDDR3 @ 700 Mhz on 64 bits (40-70 FPS on low settings game rez 800x600)

For main PC i don't have any problem join any room and mode.

Main PC hardware:
CPU: i5 760 @ 2,8 Ghz
RAM: 8 GB DDR 3 @ 1333 Hhz
Video: Gygabyte GTX 560 , 1024 MB GDDR 5 @ 1 GHz on 256 bits (120 FPS steady with vsync ON and hig game settings rez 1980x1080)

Using same internet connection : ADSL2+ 16 Mbps download and 0.7 Mbps upload , windows 7 X 64 on both PC's

So i presume is your laptop hardware fault for your connection delay error.

Try this:
1. Close any other program you are running
2. Lower all game settings, select 800x600 (or 1366x768 - so you won't have black bars on screen)
3. If first time get error - try a second time on same room (won't work for ZM Death race because game will start until you try rejoin same room)

P.S. Run game as administrator and compatibility mode Windows 7
