Cannot remember log-in information

Ive tried multiple times to recover my account, I have included zp purchase numbers and all that good stuff.

I cannot for the life of me remember the log-in. Is there any way to actually speak to someone other than sending a ticket with all this information just to be told it was incorrect format?

Nobody can give you your login ID, nor can you recover it anywhere. It is the one thing you absolutely must remember in order to log in.

If mentioning possible account log-in information in the explanation box is possible then yes, I could probably get it. My account had a lot of cash spent on it, including a prized item only a certain few got.

Edit - Ive not been on the account in 5 years.

Yea... You can't recover it. It took me months to remember my ex main. Good luck in remembering. Don't give up though, and start writing/typing your accounts' info somewhere. That's what I did.

I'll probably just give up. Even though it had around 100ish perm guns, full royal dragon, perm golden katana. RIP

Just do something else and keep trying. It will eventually pop up in your mind.
