This Game Does Not Care About The Community.
So this is probably my last post since I might get banned from posting on forums anymore, But to all the people that play crossfire I want you guys to think for a moment and wonder do these admins really care about you? people getting banned that are innocent and is sending support tickets but would ALWAYS get the same automated message over and over, People sending videos of player's hacking and still, the hackers don't get banned. People writing on forums so that other players can read on the issue and reply if they have the same problem, and you would have a Mod come in and say " Writing on forums can't help you send in a ticket" then would close the thread so that people can't reply on it anymore. Like take a moment and just think, Do these mods or admins really read to our complaint? If so why is it always the same exact message from before? and why is it the same hackers you reported still playing this game? We players are spending money on this game and they can't even maintain a stable server... So here are the sad truth guys, They don't care about you, they don't care if they are banning innocent players, they don't care about the hackers in this game, and they DON'T care about your tickets. I'll tell you what they care about... They care about the money and nothing else, And that my friends are the sole purpose why this game is not populated as it was before. So to anybody reading this (before they closed this thread) why should you even waste your time on a game full of hackers, unstable server, admins that really don't check on your tickets, mods who can't even read and would say "send in a ticket". I would also like to mention that there is a bug going around I'm guessing from this new hacking system they implemented that would disconnect you and then perm blocked you instantly.And finally to the people who is sending me private messages about them also getting perm blocked without a reason just stop playing the game because they are not going to unbanned you I been playing this game since 2010 and I can tell you that they won't like to admit they are wrong.

In regards to 'people getting banned that are innocent and getting the same message' , if you are banned and the message changes from one reply to another THEN that would be cause of concern. Consistency is not.
In regards to people send videos of players hacking, please continue to report, as they do get reviewed and hackers do get banned. However, you will not be told the outcome of your reports, and it must be through the report system, not via youtube or other such media.
In regards to mods closing your threads, there are times when you do in fact have to send a ticket, and when nobody on the forums actually can help you, and hearing peoples opinions on the matter would serve no purpose. If you have an issue with a mod, feel free to send a ticket outlining the specific issue you have with the specific mod.
In regards to 'do they read your complaint', I am a GM and I am reading this, so yes. We read your complaints.
I'm also not sure why people would send you private messages about their blocks unless you had led them to believe you could somehow help them, which would also be false. If you have any further questions about the matter, please feel free to send us a ticket with the questions and our support staff will answer it. Trying to spark a riot on the forums, however, is likely not helping anyone. We are looking into each claim of this bug you are referring to, to find out if there is in fact an ongoing issue similar, and if we find that there is we will notify the community and look into anyone blocked by it. Note, though, that this is only if that turns out to be the case.

The thing is they DONT take in the communities responses and feedback. The last thing they did that was requested by the community was to make better events (which they have), but that doesn't compensate for all the other mistakes such as loyal players getting banned , repetitive responses to the community, and the servers problems lately. All they've done to answer the community was add more crates and say that they fixed some bugs. Hope they realize that loyal players getting banned for no reason affects not only the player, but also the loyal clan behind that player.

1: Many ribbons, events, and suggestions are taken in to account. Sheep mode came back, the kick system was removed and then after player feedback came back, more feedback to players etc.
2: You want compensation for the server down time? The game is free. You haven't lost anything by the servers lagging.
3: If you or another player were unjustly banned, send a ticket and the GMs will look in to it. At the end of the day, they have all details about a ban, and they only ban when they're 100% sure the player deserves it. When the anti-hacking system bans you, just like what happened a while back with x-trap, send a ticket, and they will look in to it. They restored peoples accounts then as well. I'm not sure if there is still an issue with the honorable soldier ribbons, but regardless they were unbanned. I saw a post by GM Kanadian say that they are looking in to the "bug" that people say are getting them banned, and if they find out it IS in fact banning people in error, they will go through all the affected accounts and fix them. -

Lol, I lost 2 accounts because of "hacking"? I sent tickets over and over again and always received the same answer which is not satisfiying to me. I am playing this game since 2009, when it was Suba and we had Saidin and FallenAngel, THIS GMs cared about us players and customers. They listened to us and took us serious. And this is not the only one they banned, and i guarantee you I was not hacking. It's all about the money, They do not care our investments. I am very sorry, but personally I miss Saidin and especially FallenAngel. Hope you guys can help me. -

If it's all about money, why would they ban someone who was clearly spending money on the game?
It wouldn't make any sense.
Also, how should I know why you were banned? You can "guarantee" me you weren't hacking, and I can "guarantee" you that I can see smells, but neither of us can prove it.
I hope you can get your accounts back if you were legit, but again, ONLY the tickets can help you. If they aren't helping you, there is literally NOTHING else you can do.
It sucks that there aren't any alternative ways to get assistance, but that's the way it works here.
