I believe this sort of black market system is new to China in general. I've never played it, but my understanding is the weapons we had to spin BM for, they get temp versions just by playing. It wasn't a common thing in China to have perm versions.... But that's just my understanding 0.0

Most of CN players don't spin BM for permanent weapon and what's more there are no permanent weapons or items in BM CN since the beginning.
Before the mileage point released, they get tons of 'ZP' weapons by doing easy event or just buy temporary one in item shop.

And coupon weapons? Nothing changed, new BM in CF CN is just same as old BM.

Permanent weapons are usually obtained by events, usually are these ultimate gold things, brick, KAC, Keris, MP5, IAS etc.
That's all what I think about this 'new' update in CF CN.

Apparently, NA has more content in BM.
