Failed to connect to host server

Right. This problem has been happening ever since Friday and it's becoming a serious problem now. Not only I that can't play. It's my brother as well. And I becoming a very senior player ever since 2010. It's a very silly, and annoying problem. So please focus at this thread and tell me what to do. I'm going to repeat the story again.
Saturday a brand new router arrived which is better and quicker. I plug it in. Install it. Log in to my new internet. Then all this happens. I log in successfully and enter a game. Few seconds later I get a error message saying "failed to connect to host server"

I will do anything to fix this problem because I just want to play this game as it is a very important game to me. I will install or uninstall anything to make this game work. I lost out on 3 events to which I could have participated and taken part into it. I tried disabling and enabling firewall.
