omg didnt notice the pings, for sure its about the lag server, well i still didnt play today, so im doing some more fourms before i get my 1 day of next vip

For an online game having broken servers for 3 months is certainly not okay.

I've already sent a message to the GMs when everyone in UK1 was getting errors about 4 hours ago. They ask us for any information on the UK server lags situation almost daily now because they want to know whenever there's these problems (as you may have noticed, it's not continuous throughout the day). GMs also log into UK server to see the issues themselves when we message them.

Trust me when I write that this issue is being taken very seriously, but the fact is, there is no "fix the servers" key on their keyboard, UK servers reside an ocean away from the team and fixing the issues isn't an easy task (as you noticed, there's been several attempts to resolve this, but every time it only lasted a few days, which means there probably is a deeper problem with UK servers).

TL;DR : It was never funny. "This has to stop"? Way ahead of you, but wishful thinking =/= solution.
