High ranked cheaters getting busted with cheats again and again , reports getting reviewed and no result.
You have to admit that you dont want to do something with cheaters. And also you have to admit that cheaters are not getting IP / Mac adress banned.

Ok so i know some names of players who use hacks , and i actually asked him what the hack's name , I don't know I asked him because I thought that would make your job easier
