I don't know why.

My internet connection. Like usual lagged out.
I then try to log back in.
But wait.
I get a 1 hour block.

Can you please remove this.

Nothing will happen to your account. Ive had the same issue before. Just wait for 1 hour and you can play again.

It happened to me once, and I didn't lose my HSR gladly. I hope you don't lose it too.

I did not. Neither he will.
I got like 10 client errors in a row and game kicked me out and I got 1 hour ban. It was because of massive lag caused by my poor isp.

[size=+2] I lost my HSR because of this stupid 1 hour ban back in 2014 due to my latency issues, I sent tickets about it and even asked literally everyone for help and nobody seemed to care...

The ironic is it wasn't lost immediately, but before taking down their profile page it was there, Once the updated one is back it disappeared... [/size]

Exactly that happend to me in early 2015... The funny thing is that I was in a GM Room at that moment. So no way that I did something forbidden and also the support doesnt really care about this....

Your honorable ribbon will be gone tomorrow. If not, you are very lucky. When you lost it, write a ticket to the support. And look, they will do nothing.

So if you have bad latency and it disconnects during login you'll get a one-hour ban? Wonder why it's implemented at all..

A Antivirus or any "special" system driver for controlling network access as example, can trigger that ban already. What will they write to you when this happens? That they have proof for violating the terms of use. And what? How to proof the opposite? Do we have a full-RAM dump when this happens? No

There is no way to proof a failture of their own code, when something like this happens.


In my own experience, what can also cause this (Happend to me) : Having Bitdefender or Sandboxie on the system can get you detected being using a "HakTool".
What they stick at this sub-channel? "How to disable Bitdefender". Why should I disable/uninstall any of my security utilities because their code sucks? I wan't to keep my system clean from junk and adware, I will never remove or disable them!!!!

There are hundreds, if not thousands of people lost their honorable ribbon because this 1-Hour ban or something similar. Everything on with their system is right, they say.

Well i didnt lose the ribbon, i just check it, it sucks if i got it remove with out notice ><, right cause they say, oh u are big hack lel
