Thats the only perk of noble weapons.

They are "VIPS" without the vip perks, just the weapon itself. The not being able to pick from the ground ability is not listed as a perk on none of the VIPs, therefore it retains that ability.

Im sorry that you guys cannot pick this weapon from the ground when the owner of it dies.
