Invalid Version+W[2007)L[0]

So since the last patch I can't login into the game. First I got "Invalid Version ini" error > I uninstalled and reinstalledthe game and after I "fix" the first error then I get some "W[2007)L[0]" error. And when I fix one of them the second one is arrives (when i fix "Invalid Version ini" then "W[2007)L[0]" arrive back and when I fix "W[2007)L[0]" the "Invalid Version ini" arrive back).

Please fix this "combination of errors" since it's really annoying big percentage of the players :mad:

I have a couple of questions that may help with your issue.
Firstly, do you have crossfire and its folders as an exception in your antivirus or firewall? Sometimes these programs can stop CrossFire from updating properly, which can cause the W[2007]L[0] error you are seeing.
Also to help us out, please tell us what your pc specs are like? Also, please state your operating system because if we have to help you with anything in depth, it will be easier knowing what menus we are all dealing with

Just could log in into the game and after 30 minutes got the same errors again =(

I use win10 and I have no idea what kind of anti virus this system has (get used to win7 firewall and that win10 is a total mess for me).But I dont think this is the problem since every thing works just fine on my 2 laptops and the game isn't on exception list on them so...

Have no idea if it will help but here is my desktop stats (old 2013 PC but ... well ..it still working lol)

Processor:Intel(R)Core(TM)i5-3470 CPU@3.20GHz 3.60GHz
Memory:8 GB
Type System:x64

It showing that what we have to do is only edit the number of the "Latest version" on the version file on CF folder...It worked in previous times few months/years ago but not any more

(I wish I could use USB flash disk to "transfer" CF from my laptop to my desktop but I have only 1 USB flash disk of 8GB and it full with college stuff):(

Also a friend of mine told me that I "too much Impatient" and I need to wait 2-3 days after the new patch before I update the game and not to update it "5 minutes after the patch just got released"

It's strange . Yes it work now (at morning). Seems like I getting these errors/issues only at evening (Europe time). Now every thing works just fine but in 6-8 hour it will happen again =(
