Last stream I remember redeeming one code, but just realized I don't have the crate... Was there any problem with the codes or something?

Yeah, I don't remember exactly what it says but the box was green, which means I got it. Also, after I redeemed it I join the room where the GMs were, and right after the room ended, I quit the game, but never opened the crate and now it's not even there.

It wasn't really a account question, after the match I left I completely ignored the game and forum for 3 days, so I didn't know if the crates were bugged or not.

I won't send a ticket because I would rather them spend time on the Reports. (Even tho that won't happen)
