1. Is that gamer really have 6 VIP RPK?
2. Is it true, what the 6 VIP RPK give to the user that quantity of ammo and official "no reload" cheat?

I don't see any problem
L86 Dual mag with original clip size 40, +6*20=120, it makes 160 per mag.
However, there are always people accuse me of ammo hak. lol
Imo ammo hak is not possible, to modify the clip size, it needs to hak the server side which is very hard and won't be a possible way by using a simple hak software.

1. I do have 6 RPK Infernal Dragon.
2. I don't really understand your question, but if you mean that is an official no reload cheat then it is not true, although L86 has a fast reload speed, but that doesn't means the user don't need to reload, what's more, L86 has relatively low fire rate and bad spray pattern, so finally, it is not as that OP as you think. (But a lot better I admit)
