Remove steyr tmp

JHp ammo is game breaking for shadow mode. You are expose when you get tag with tmp. nerf it.

I don't use my TMP in shadow mode unless I forget to switch out my bag 6, but if you get shot with ANY weapon in shadow mode you become visible temporarily. The problem is not being able to move while you get shot with JHP rounds.
