8th Anniversary ribbon?

I don't play the game for a while now since the EP scam however can't seem to find details about that ribbon in the announcements so is that over yet or didn't even start ..
( last ribbon on the profile) .

The Celebrate the 8th Event hasn't started yet. Details won't be released until next week likely with the maintenance on the 8th. However, you also need to complete the Monthly Mission to get the ribbon (20 daily missions) so you can start doing it now in a sense.
