Ranked / NA Clan Servers

What is happening with these? Ive been playing for a month (First Lieutenant As Of Now) and I cant get into a ranked match with over 10 minutes of wait and na clan servers always seem to be broken. Is there anywhere I can read about them working on these?

Depends on what mode ur trying to play. In UK u can find SnD ranked games.
It's not broken, no one is simply playing cus of all the hackers
