You have to buy it yourself. Only the gifter/buyer gets the items.

I think you should get the reward right away. Check again and/or wait maybe a few minutes. If you still did not receive it , i would suggest you submit a ticket

I just bought ZP today and had my extra items right when I logged in not 10 minutes after. If you don't have yours, but you do have your ZP then you might want to send a support ticket

You should get it when you purchase at least 10000 ZP. You have to purchase it. Surveys don't count. If you already did and you didn't get any reward yet, you should submit a ticket.
