Why get two? well the extra mission had to be used for something before April
I would say I used in total roughly 35 Extra Missions to get 2 Armsel Guns! Good Luck!

Please i want Armsel Stiker i used 6 extra mission but one dog tag i cannot get it i play mission every day but i know lately it is very good shotgun it is my fault i don't flow news and update well i hope to gain it

If you have extra mission cards, you are more likely to get more than one Permanent as dog tags give 2 letters can be same letters or 2 different ones.

I have a question to GMs, did people get perm M1216 orange skull before the reward was changed to Armsel? Because I remember that M1216 stayed as a reward at least for one day, which was enough time for people with extra missions to get.

I believe they changed it to Armsel before they actually remove CF-05, so M1216 was never added.

Exactly what they said✓
The change was decided before 8th March patch and the CF_05 remained the dogtag reward until the servers became available on 8th of March. Plus the reason the M1216 was not put was due to technical difficulty, so no way any one could of got it as I wasn't placed Permanent in the first place.

I won extra mission item from a GM crate which I got from their live stream. Used that and well, there was my last letter =]
