What do i do now?

I purchased 20 barrat ep crates and it took my ep but I didn't get the crates. I tried relogging but it did not work.
Support said I purchased them an spun them successfully but that was days ago. I bought some yesterday took my ep but no crates

    Based on that, support acknowledged you purchased the
    Barrett crates and Spun them right and there is no debating that fact right?.

    The issue is you also purchased the same crates few days later as well but according to you and didn't show in BM storage.


    So if you purchased the crates twice on two different days and only one of those days you actually spun as support showed you did. If that is true simple, go to Crossfire shop click on Purchase history and if everything is correct it should show you the two different times you purchased the crates. Once you have that simply SS and Re-Submit a ticket show which date you received the crates and which dates you didn't.

    at least support can confirm if indeed you purchase same crate on two different days or didn't and can confirm if both of those dates you received them.
  • I don't really have much to add but nice post ^ lol.

    My only input would be on the ep itself. The other day when I was buying crates it wasn't updating on the amount I had remaining after each purchase. After a few successful crate purchases I went in game and only had a few. I went back to the site and payed attention lol. It was telling me I was buying them but some of the purchases were registering. The mall was derpy that day so I chalked it up to that.
