uk clan server

i can't enter to UK clan server .
i get this message " mm server connection failed "
i get abnormal lag in UK servers +100 but the normal lag is 90

Wow i did have meeting today in half of the day, meeting with my gym guys and we did have dinner i back to home about 30 min ago, well before 4-5 hours ago, i didnt have lag in the game, or today? didnt hear any1 or alot players in the game saying its lagging, is it back lagging again? well didnt log in already from about 30 min that im here already now, well i can say, here we go again lagging? we love the lag already ><

Well, this issue is happening for more than 1 week or 2 and still nothing. I can understand it can take 1 day-2... but 1 week or more, really? I have the feeling that the stuff is still on holidays... any issue that happens is solved in days, weeks...

Like the uk issue... all servers where down for few days...and all that it was needed was to reset them? how come it takes so long to do a damn reset?
