The recover pw reset wont arrived
I have a problem always when i try to recover my pw .
I dont get the email in my box ( EMAIL ) NO THE SUPPORT EMAIL IS NOT BLOCKED FROM THE EMAIL SENDER
I send a ticket but no reaction im still waiting 3 days now for the ticket answer nothing happends .
the issue is that z8games support email wont arrive to my email address
i watched to my settings in my email address for any spam or blocked addresses from other senders NOTHING no address or something is blocked

and i have many photos from my old storage like with other nicknames wich i changed long time ago too
so when i get or help me a GM to help me .. Im still watch all day in the forum for hope that a GM write something !
i send 2 tickets ! but no response sry for my bad english PLS GM ! HELP ME CREATE A NEW PW FOR ME GM PLS THAT I CAN PLAY MY OLD ACC

Are you sure it is the right email?
Abel im sure he is using the right email adress, because this issue exist a long time already and effect everyone I´ve tried it once too and did not receive any reset email from z8games.
You have to wait until a GM will answer under ur post or you try it again with an support ticket.
