Metin2 game reason blocked all accounts!XIGNCODE error!

Hello guys, my 2 friend banned permanent for XIGNCODE.And im think XIGNCODE blocked metin2 game for banned game..Please fix this problem..

Metin2 has not been under the supervision of Z8games for quite a while now, you'll have to ask on the Current Forums of Metin 2 for assistance.

Or are you suggesting that said friend got banned because he ran Metin 2 alongside CrossFire?

Because I'm having some fair doubts believing that, to be brutally honest.

I think they are saying they got banned in CF because of Metin 2? lol.
If that is the case it should be pretty easy to test.
