Probably the day after each raffle is over. That's what they usually do on these type of raffle events. Just keep an eye on the main post tomorrow after GM's get back into their office.

There is no way it could be "weiwei." because this person was last seen 4 days ago and doesn't own the HS ribbon I think they made a mistake

All qualifying players are entered into a program that randomly selects the winners to ensure unbiased selections
