bugs in map merida

Dear Admins! i like play crossfire on hero mode, but this map has bug (in-game error) some players falling under map and sit there till the end of the round constantly!!!
Use this bug punishable? if so where to file a complaint? and when will fix this bug ?

If I were GM I would have permanently IP banned these glitchers , cheaters and etc.

You can report the player by sending in the replay to Support. You can also report this bug by sending in a Support Ticket.

Yes just report him and they will ban him cause this is obvious cheating
