Same systematic answers :/

My account got hacked and when i do submit a ticket to recover it back i keep getting same respond from z8team that some of the information i provided is not correct and so on i keep sending another tickets and i provide many other proofs and i get the same answer i even asked in the ticket to know what is the wrong part so i can try to re-look for it again but i also keep getting the same answer i think it's not a human who answers us when we submit a ticket is it a bot or human ? if human please respond to my questions in the message details. :/

  • You can't get your account back if your providing incorrect information regarding the account. The GMs cross check it with their database so you got to have the right information otherwise, they can't help you.

    As abel said " ALL " of your information " MUST " be accurate, I've had issues with the tickets system before with their automatic answers, But for now they're doing an awesome job in my opinion, If you explain your problem to them " Politely " and with the correct information they'll help you. Also you can't expect them to tell you what's the wrong part is because they need to make sure that you're the main owner. In other words, how can they make sure you're the real owner without the accurate information?, If you help them with more accurate details trust me they'll help you. [/size]
  • I have provided every thing am sure about all info i provide except my security question, Although i've provided them with screenshots from my email showing an email change request which i haven't done + photos of buying zp through my paypal and much more and still i get the same systematic answer which can't help me at all :/ i just need them to asl me for any other thing i seriously can't remember the security i think this os the wrong part thats why i need a human to replay me thats it :/

    If you do have access to your email as you said, Check the message sent to you by z8games when you first created your account and you'll see your information there including the security answer, Then resubmit your ticket to them and they'll help you. [/size]
  • I've full access to my email and i searched for that mail and couldn't find it i can even provide them with the email and pass if they need to be sure it's me the owner and it's the 1st email made for that account
  • u may deleted it but they did for sure sent to you this message which contain your ID and your secret answer
    try to search Z8 in your inbox and check if its still there
  • Couldn't i've even contacted Microsoft cusomtwr support and they tried to rolll back my email in order to recover it but they couldn't :/

    No, we cannot and will not discuss accounts on the forums. Furthermore, there are no bot answers. The people who answer tickets are just that: people. Real people. We don't use robots. Although robots would be cool, and I could make them do work for me, we simply don't have any. Please get your correct information, and send a ticket. Keep in mind that this info has to match up with what is in the records for you, and doesn't need to just be information you are convinced is correct.

    Well, for example in the ticket i was asked about some payment methods i used should i provide any or a specific one ? another thing you are asking for the current registered email * Which the hacker changed to it * i found it on my email cus he made an email request change but i got no idea if he changed it again if he did i won't be able to reach it so i provide you the 1st one he changed to ? I don't ask for any kind of info to be provided for me seriously am just asking about simple things that i have just said that's all

    Changing the e-mail address associated with your account requires you to click a link on both e-mail accounts. If they have managed to change the e-mail associated with your account, that means they had access to your e-mail account. If they had access to your e-mail account, you need to change your password to that, too.

    First of all you are accusing me of using hacks with no proof ? Secondly why would i even hack ? i am not a new to Cf my account is General 4 rank is it realistic for some one with high rank like though with +6 vips to use hacks ? Although i would like to shock you and tell you that yes i have bank statements for my Visa showing my payments to Simegate west, Inc.
