Ingame sound change?!

Hello Guys!

I was wondering if i am allowed to change the in-game sound for every time i get a kill.
Can i get banned for changing files in the sounds or is it allowed ?

I believe that the rules implied clearly that any file modifications will get you banned but you can send a ticket to make sure anyway, but besides that i think it will be cool to change them or record our own sounds since it won't be harming anyone
