A thread has been made in the past about these ribbons and I think someone has already told support about this issue. We just have to wait until it gets fixed, as I'm sure the staff are aware of the issue already. (I hope, seeming as threads have been made in the past)

You made it with atleast 6 players in the room? and atleast 1 round played?
Maybe those are some "criterias" that aren't specified.
You can't get this ribbon anymore. Somehow this one specific ribbon managed to not be able to be tracked by game's code or something. But the very genius devs or whoever's supposed to look after these things are not to be blamed, it's the fault of the ribbon itself. It is avoiding getting tracked, for some reason it doesn't want to be given out anymore. It wants to stay rare. Again it's not the fault of managers that this itty bitty little issue is still not solved by now, it's the fault of the RIBBON itself. -

I believe, no, you don't have to. I suppose when they finally don't have new ideas of reskinning the m4 for the 254252 time, they'll just probably decide to give time to some of these age old bugs, and then they'll just hold a little compensation event and will give out the ribbon to everyone for completing some easy tasks.
So my advice is don't attempt for that ribbon any more. -

I told the support since 2 month and nothing changed -
I believe, no, you don't have to. I suppose when they finally don't have new ideas of reskinning the m4 for the 254252 time, they'll just probably decide to give time to some of these age old bugs, and then they'll just hold a little compensation event and will give out the ribbon to everyone for completing some easy tasks.
So my advice is don't attempt for that ribbon any more.

i played more than 120 games there were 10~16 players in room and soldiers won all rounds
