i suggest that you can make a new Ribbon Called [Reporter] , This will increase the number of reports about hackers , like , if someplayer reported for [number] of hackers , he/she got this Ribbon which called [Reporter]

Yea I don't like the idea of this. As Danah states it's ultimately a recipe for spamming the support center with reports on players who aren't hacking thus delaying the viewing and action of reports that do correctly show hackers.

Cool idea. However they should just do it and not say anything about what they're doing. End of story.

*not a ribbon though, some other type of reward like a gun

Guys , GMS knows what they have to do , they can differentiate between the hakers and non hakers in the reports
