i want to report a bug in game system with our clan http://crossfire.z8games.com/clan/150790

leader banned and inactive for more tank 90 days (5months) and still the leader for important clan and no one helped us please i need anyone from the staff to continue with me

... now this is a very ''unusual'' status ... only 2 posibilites : hack at clan wars OR play agains a '' BOT '' clan to farm wins ...

Therefore where is the '' important clan'' you mention ? i was shame to be part of such clan ...

Hello support z8game i send this tickit about my clan because my leader get blocked perm and i wanna be the leader and when i say that to the z8game support - [ they said : If a Clan leader is inactive for 90 days, they will have their leadership rights promoted to the next highest positioned Staff member. (ie Lieutenant). Z8Games Staff cannot manually transfer leadership of a clan. ] the problem : 90 days left and i didnt be leader like z8game said - and the leader because he get blocked perm - Last seen the account of my leader 5 months ago - check here the profile : http://crossfire.z8games.com/profile/17616585 - and check here the clan http://crossfire.z8games.com/clan/127266 and im the Lieutenant at the clan ign: [Hell]DeMoN- - anyway i hope u gms help this problem or what should i do and thank you.

it was a big clan and there was 3 LT after 90 days in active leader didn't transfer we sent many tickets i'm the old leader and always the same reply (If a Clan leader is inactive for 90 days, they will have their leadership rights promoted to the next highest positioned Staff member. ok there is a proplem and tried to explain many times but the same reply we made a new clan and left -samola as the last hope my last ticket was from 9 days put clan and leader and fourm posts link and didn't get reply from 9 days so i need any gm continue with us or help we did our best at this clan and Everyone was disappointed
