If your tracker said you completed it, you will get it. You just need to wait until it is distributed can take up to 24 hours to show on your profile. For those of you above that thinks the tracker was bugged for them and didn't calculate time correctly then you need to submit a ticket and Support will look at the CF Logs.
****Do remember playing for 1 hour and login off might not count as 60 minutes as you would need to consider the time it takes to start a match, Join, End result page and then rejoining another match. That's why it's best to play 2 hours which would guarantee Ribbon. Unless the tracker says 60 minutes done, you should always do more. -
Keep in mind lobby time doesn't count. you have to be ingame. Also pretty sure if you leave a match the time doesn't count, you have to complete matches for time and kills and everything to count for events. That also means if you get disconnected during a game your time in it doesn't count.
If you believe you did in fact finish but the trackers say you did not. Then I suggest sending in a ticket to verify. Though you might want to wait until after the ribbon has been distributed to others just to verify that you did in fact not get when you think you should have. -
