Hello i dont have access to my regiesterd email any more so i sent aticket with my info to change my email and they replied me that my info is wrong idk how !! i recoverd my account back in 2014 with the same info now how its wrong even isent the ticket from the account i need to change its email how is that prossible ?!

The ONLY way to deal with this is through a ticket. If they say you sent the wrong information, double-check it, and try again. There is nothing else that can be done.
